[Biopython] Sigil color SOLID instead of transparent

Actually no. The thin black line for the axis is ON TOP of the features,
so the features (which are probably solid not transparent) cannot hide it.

If you open the PDF in Adobe Illustrator you can explore this and do
things like lift a feature above the axis line in the z-order (something
like select the shape, right click bring to front, I think).

Black on black is not really going to work. I would suggest you try
using a dark grey instead for the feature colour.

Also, assuming you would like to get rid of the empty black axis
links to the right of the sigils, you may want to limit the axis drawn
for each line by setting the start and end when you add each
