Thanks for setting this up and promoting it. I'm happy to hear you have 
funding to continue it beyond the beta period.

I added links to BioStar and the main StackOverflow Biopython
question page from our discussion/mailing list page:

http://biopython.org/wiki/Mailing_lists

and am also redirecting the RSS feeds for new questions tagged with
'biopython' to the development list using Feed My Inbox 
(http://www.feedmyinbox.com). So we will now get a daily e-mail
digest reminder to the list if any questions are posted.
