Hi Does anyone know a way to perform taxonomy search against either ncbi taxonomy database or your own database LOCALLY? like the blast, Biopython provides both over internet and local option: Bio.Blast.NCBIWWW and Bio.Blast.NCBIStandalone. Thank you! Tina
