[BioPython] Do you mean Numpy or Numeric?

I agree with you :)

I have updated the python comments (and the one use of "numpy" in the 
Bio.PDB manual) to change "NumPy" (and other case variants) to use 
"Numeric" instead.  If I've missed anything, let me know.

I have NOT made any functional changes to the code.
