[BioPython] How to install biopython with the new modules ??

Ooops. Thanks for pointing that out. All that needs to be done is to
add 'Bio.Sequencing' to the list of PACKAGES in setup.py. I just did
this in CVS, so it should be over in anonymous CVS in just a bit.
