[BioPython] How to install biopython with the new modules ??

Hey I checked out the biopython code with new fixes and the new Sequencing
module.

I do a python setup.py clean, then build and install with ‹home= to
overwrite my current instillation
But the Sequencing module is not installed.  I took a look at setup.py and
its not listed as one of the modules.

How do I install this module?
