[BioPython] New biopython.org website

Great, thanks a lot!

We now have two submissions for the Biopython logo.  I've put them 
online at:
http://www.biopython.org/static/logos/

Iddo, I had to scale your image down, because the original file was 
over 4mb.  I hope I did not ruin your artistic integrity.  :)
