[BioPython] Problem installing Biopython in Red Hat 8.0

Hi,

This is sinply due to some missing Numpy files that are needed 
for compilation. Just install an RPM package like 
python-Numeric-devel-22.0. The corresponding RPM package for Numpy itself 
would be called something like python-Numeric-22.0.
