[BioPython] BOF at BOSC 2000

Hello Jeff,

Another silly question: where will BOSC 2000 be held?  The same place as
ISMB 2000, i.e. Price Center at UC-San Diego?  This is not mentioned
anywhere on the BOSC 2000 website, only implied with "BOSC is a satellite
conference of ISMB."
