[BioPython] New developmental release: 0.90d02

Hello everybody,

Biopython 0.90d02 is now available.  From the NEWS file:
  Blast updates:
    - now works with v2.0.14
    - HSP.identities and HSP.positives now tuples
    - HSP.gaps added
  SCOP updates:
    - Lin.Iterator now works with release 50
  Starting a tutorial
  New regression tests for Prodoc

It's still a developmental version, which means that not all bugs are
shaken out yet, and API changes may still be possible (even likely!).

Oh, the test_prodoc and test_prosite regression tests are currently
failing.  Don't be alarmed.  :%
