If Eric is reading this, could you tell us where you got your BioSQL database
schema from?  Your column order differs from what I would expect from these:

http://www.bioperl.org/SRC/biosql-schema/sql/biosqldb-mysql.sql
http://www.bioperl.org/SRC/biosql-schema/sql/biosqldb-pg.sql

With the patch, Biopython should cope with the fields in this table being in
any order.
