Right; I promised Jason that I would look into adding a hook in the
top-level Makefile.PL that would automatically generate the textual
versions of any howto's living under the sgml/ subdir, when someone does a
"make dist".  Needless to say, it's on my list, but I'd be happy for some
other whipper-snapper to beat me to the punch.
