I am submitting an abstract on the mutable gene model in Bio::LiveSeq
and Bio::Variation. The way things are going now I'll probably end up
talking about MSAs and SimpleAlign, too. 

MSA stuff would also be a good topic for more general discussions and
afternoon activities. It would be nice to have some kind of consensus
what functionality MSA classes should have - regardless of language.

Hilmar, could you take a lead on "Bioperl in the Future" topic and
tell us what you need from others.
