[Open-bio-l] OpenID working again

Thanks to a pointer from Chris Maloney re: a missing 'Auth' directory and a little additional checking, I managed to go through and get OpenID working again on the following wiki sites:

bioperl.org
open-bio.org
biopython.org
biojava.org
biosql.org
biodas.org

I couldn't find any others with this plugin enabled.  I turned off logins using original IDs; let me know if these need to be switched back on.
