[Open-bio-l] Fwd: [BioSQL-l] my proposals

I just branch-tagged biosql-schema with bioperl-release-1-1-0 to 
indicate that it (supposedly) works with that release.

As far as biosql is concerned, the HEAD will now become incompatible 
with current adaptor implementations while I introduce the 
modifications that no-one objected to.

People from other language projects will not be happy with the 
schema tag name, but no-one suggested or asked for a 
language-neutral name ...

Before I commit the new adaptor versions to bioperl-db, I'll 
branch-tag that with the same tag. That way people should be able to 
easily enough checkout compatible versions (the chosen tag name does 
exist in bioperl as well). I intend to commit an early and largely 
incomplete version of the adaptors, to on one hand get better 
support by revision control, and on the other hand give those a 
chance to get a preview who are curious (may be zero, but anyway). 
If you don't like seeing (almost) all tests failing on the HEAD, 
shout and I'll keep that stuff to myself until tests pass.
