It strikes me that as we still have a fair bit to do with respect to the
biosql schema (similarity-pairs, finalizing assemblies, plus thinking
about how to model/import non-sequence type relations e.g. genetic data,
expression etc) that it may be an idea to have some kind of
biosql-specific mini-hackathon? Probably completely infeasible but it
would be nice, especially given how successful the general ODBA hackathons
were.
