Hello everyone,
I am working on the implementation of an extension to SBML to support arrays. More
details can be found in my blog:
http://lhwatanabe.blogspot.com
So far I have:
- Read the JSBML user guide
- Implemented key classes for the arrays package
- Written unit tests
This week I plan to:
- Fix bugs
- Look into the math necessary for the arrays extension
- Play with parsing
