[GSoC] Last call for GSoC student applications

Hi everyone,

The Google Summer of Code student application period ends Friday, March 21
at precisely 19:00 UTC (noon in California). If you are applying as a
student this year, please submit your application ahead of time (i.e. now)
on the GSoC website, Google Melange:
http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/homepage/google/gsoc2014

After submitting your application, you can continue to edit it until the
deadline, but not after that. You may also link to a separate web page or
Google document and continue to update the external source after the
deadline.  But if you have not submitted an application on Google Melange
by the Friday deadline, for any reason, then we will not able to consider
you for GSoC.
