[EMBOSS] Windows version of EMBOSS 6.6.0 missing from FTP site

We recently downloaded EMBOSS 6.6.0 in order to upgrade the version we use in the Accelrys Enterprise Platform (Pipeline Pilot).  Since we run on both Linux and Windows we also need the Windows build.  ftp://emboss.open-bio.org/pub/EMBOSS/windows/ is empty except for the two small READMEs.  By way of comparison, ftp://emboss.open-bio.org/pub/EMBOSS/old/6.5.0/windows/ has an 83 MB mEMBOSS-6.5.0.0-setup.exe.

Are there still plans to create Windows executables for 6.6.0?
