[EMBOSS] Why always Guide protein sequence xxx not found in nucleic sequence xxx??

"Pair of proteins" sounds odd ... the first set of sequences are the
nucleotide coding sequences. The second set of sequences are the protein
translations.
If you send some example sequneces to emboss-bug at emboss.open-bio.org we
can take a look and tell you excatly why you get the message.
