[EMBOSS] fuzznuc

Hi

I am using EMBOSS 6.1.0 and I wonder why the '-mismatch' qualifier of
fuzznuc is missing in the new EMBOSS version.
Is there an alternative for fuzznuc for searching short DNA motifs?
