[EMBOSS] ehmmbuild does not support -o and -hmmfile together

It will work with a different commandline order. With -o after -hmmfile 
it is incorrectly assumed to be -odirectory (it should be an ambiguous 
qualifier).

This is fixed in the July 15th release of EMBOSS.
