[EMBOSS] embl and dbxflat segmentation fault

Thanks, that solved it. I had the opportunity/time to upgrade until 4 
days ago.

EMBOSS 5.0.0 had the same "segmentation fault" error when doing dbxflat 
of embl.

EMBOSS 5.0.0 + patch-1-2 solved it.
