[EMBOSS] Help/Info in Jemboss

When on goes to run an EMBOSS program from Jemboss, there is a little dark
blue icon with an ³i²  in it. Clicking on this produces this message:
 

 
A  real web site is
http://emboss.sourceforge.net/apps/release/4.0/emboss/apps/seqret.html
BUT the URL in the window has a tandem duplication of ³apps/²
 
How can this be ameliorated?

The part up thru the first apps is embossURL in jemboss.resources.
Should this be truncated?
