[EMBOSS] Eprimer3 Issue

Hello,
    My name is Saurabh Gombar and I work in the Biology department at 
UNC Chapel Hill.  I had a question regarding your Eprimer3 application.
    In your Eprimer3 information page it says "eprimer3 takes as input 
a Sequence Quality list for use."  However, looking through the rest 
of the documentation I could not find how specify the Quality List to 
Eprimer3 as well as minimum quality values to consider.
