[EMBOSS] dbiflat problem

Hi,

I am indexing a genbank database on Linux RH7.3 with EMBOSS 2.8.0 and 
running

dbiflat -idformat gb -directory "." -filename "*.gbk" -dbname "ncbibac" 
-release "1.3" -date "18/05/04" -fields acnum,des,taxon

I keep geeting the following mistake:

  EMBOSS An error in embdbi.c at line 693:
Cannot open ncbibac.idsrt for reading

Any idea what's the problem here?
