We can try to read the list using a translation service, but it would be 
helpful if someone could act as moderator and pass on questions to 
emboss-bug.

I see one question about fasta sequence IDs from FANTOM. We can try to 
fix that by extending the sequence ID rules if someone can send us an 
example sequence file.
