[EMBOSS] coderet problems

Hi,  I'm having problems with coderet. I have put in 27 956 entries from a
genbank flat file and I am only getting 27 711 sequences returned. I have
tried all of the -verbose options etc but I can not get information on
which of the 200 sequences failed. Does anyone know what the problem might
be or how I might be able to get this information? Any help would  be
appreciated.
