questions about codon usage tables

	Dear colleagues,
	
I just took a look at codon usage tables under EMBOSS.

- there is a list of tables in .../share/EMBOSS/data/CODONS. Unfortunately, they 
have rather cryptic names. Is there a way to find out for which organism they 
are ? And from which data source do they come ?

- there is a program cutgextract. I tried it :

> cutgextract
Extract data from CUTG
CUTG directory [.]: /db/cutg	(here is the file cutg.dat)

But it does ... nothing. 

Anyone a clue ?
