EMBOSS 1.13.0 available

Several pre-2.0.0 library changes and application alterations plus a
selection of bugfixes (e.g. prophet) and installation fixes (html files
now install correctly).

SHOWALIGN: multiple alignment display program.
EMBOSSVERSION: reports the version of emboss being used.


Note that the emboss.default file has been deleted from the acd directory
and now appears as emboss.default.template in the applications
directory.
