It shouldn't be *too* hard...

One point: I changed the list of authors to add Gerry Rubin at the end and
put my name first. I think this is fair because (without wanting to sound
disaffected) I have done the most work for TG so far, even though a lot of
it hasn't ended up being used. I promised Gerry I'd make him an author on
this and he does pay my salary, so I can't really go back on that. However
if you disagree strongly with the name ordering, please let me know by
Monday evening, while I will still be in email contact.
