[Dynamite] wiki back (hurray)

Great news that wiki is back. I have to admit, the spec looks good. I like
the code ready comments.

Now --- for the bad news ---

I have

	virtual contigs
	external sequence features
	new branch insertion

to worry about on ensembl. I cannot hand-on-heart code much for telegraph
until these 3 things are done. I **really** want to. When I do so, it is
going to be a wonderful coding holiday.

I just wanted to point out that I am buried at the moment.
