[Dynamite] orbit-idl

I have actually had some experience in orbit IDL hacking, as I did it for
the XS generation system about 6 months ago.

It will be quite easy but not trivial.

I am going for hand written headers at the moment. IDL as just a design
tool, though it would be nice to keep evrything in sync...
