[Dynamite] wiki site

So - I presume that a wiki site requires some disk space and
a cgi-bin area on a web site. 

I don't think sanger or ebi will host this easily. in which case,
I think it is time to switch over to using bio.perl.org. I've
cc'd chris dag into this mail.

Chris - wiki is a user-editable web site which allows a web
site to evolve dynamically by anyone using the web site. This
I think should be something we look into for the long term
for bio* sites.

For the moment we want to run a dynamite wiki site.

Can one of Ian/Guy respond about 

	- which wiki to use?
	- where the download is?
	- any other information which will make it easy for
me/chris to install it.
