[Dynamite] cvsweb etc

James Stalker has kindly set up cvsweb on the telegraph repository.
(And coloured diffs etc are working properly).

Also I am about to commit a bunch of code.
XML parser at first, more to follow.

What would you like to do about cvs commit notification ?
Would you (Ian/Ewan) like to get mails on every commit,
or should we set up a telegraph-guts mailing list for this sort of thing ?
