I mentioned it to Chris and he agreed that we needed to promote it, but
nothing has started happening yet.

I had a look round bioxml.org but I'm not sure quite what you meant when
you said the BDGP should be "defending" it - has it been attacked? On a
mailing list? Or do you just mean we should be discussing it with Brad so 
that he gives it more prominence on his site?
