So while a ClustalW alignment of a set of proteins I know
to be related is informative, I like pretty pictures when explaining to
people how a gene we are working with shares ancestors with a yeast gene
because the proteins are similar enough. I'd like to do nice tree
pictures, there must be programs that take the dendrogram output
from clustalw or t_coffee and make a tree diagram?
Anyone have experience working in this realm?
