[BioRuby] Vienna_RNA

Hi Guys,
Is there a way to use Vienna_RNA through Bio Ruby.
I've tried using the ViennaRNA gem on a Win7 pc but experience the following error;
rinruby.rb:766:in `find_R_on_windows': Cannot locate R executable (RuntimeError)
The VR files are installed locally and work correctly from the command line.
