[BioRuby] Are the Bio* projects dying?

These are interesting statistics. They show Biopython is getting more
commits than I had found. I find it interesting to see how large the
communities are, especially for BioPerl.
Maybe the death of the Bio* projects is exaggerated, indeed.
I still would like to see more deep contributions, but maybe the lack
of deep diffs just shows the maturity of the core projects ;)
