[BioRuby] Spam on wiki

Hi all,

I follow the changes to the Biopython wiki via RSS, and we (and
the BioPerl wiki) had some minor vandalism recently which I have
fixed. The BioRuby wiki changes RSS feed is:

http://bioruby.org/w/index.php?title=Special:RecentChanges&feed=rss

There is a similar new spam page on the BioRuby wiki from new
user "Helium mint", but I don't think I have admin rights to do
anything about it (block the user and delete the page):
