[BioRuby] Travis-ci and Bio* TestBoxes

Nono it is just a possibility, that's it. Just because few days ago I was
testing native libraries and their VM are 32bit only so I looked for a way
to have a 64bit machine with travis. Maybe for biogems plugins we could use
custom travis-ci boxes.

It's always better to have a backup plan.
