[BioRuby] Bio::Assembly

Hi all


I've worked with BioPerl in the past, but I'm considering using ruby/bioruby
for a new project and have a few questions.


   - I can't seem to find a Bio::Assembly module for BioRuby.  Has anyone
   done any work on this?


   - What's the current solution for working with assembly data in BioRuby?



If nothing is out there, I may try to take a whack at this myself.
