Bioruby has effectively moved from CVS to git - see

  http://github.com/bioruby/bioruby/tree/master

Meanwhile, I have cloned a new bioruby-testing-central from this tree
(to retain history). Available at:

  http://github.com/pjotrp/bioruby/tree

(the old bioruby-testing-central repository has been deleted). See
http://github.com/pjotrp/bioruby/wikis for a description of
'bioruby-testing-central'.
