[BioRuby] Subversion

I think that a good question is why not to save the history?, The history in
BioRuby it's essentially necessary for developers, the "svn diff" command
will be a really good friend, even more, can save lot of hours searching a
bug or a mistake... Ok, I'm not a BioRuby developer, but i'm a developer, so
i vote for:

Save the history. !!!
