[BioRuby] superclass mismatch for class EMBL

The error indicates inconsistency between  the class EMBL defined in
"./embl.rb" and  the class EMBL that "ruby" command used.

You can get off the error by setting the load-path.

 ruby -I../../../../lib embl.rb
