[BioRuby] bioruby docs english translation?

Thanks for the help, everyone.  Running rdoc on the code was a great idea (heh, 
oops) and combined with the wiki that's at least a good start.  I'll be keeping 
an eye out for something more substantial in the future.  Maybe I can help 
contribute if I get a good enough grasp of the tools.
