[BioRuby] BioRuby 0.6.1 released

Hi,

Finally, I have released BioRuby 0.6.1 at (note that 0.6.0 was 
collapsed):

   http://bioruby.org/archive/bioruby-0.6.1.tar.gz

This release includes PDB support contributed by
Alex Gutteridge, KEGG API v3.0 support,
many other improvements and bug fixes.
See ChangeLog for more details.

Does anyone succeed to use ESOAP (Entrez Utility) with Ruby?
ChangeLog says I have added esoap.rb but it's not yet there (sorry).
I have tried but still not working.


I'll also upload BOSC2004 slides in the near future.
