[Biopython] Biopython in other software

There are loads of scientific tools out there which use bits of
Biopython, even just for small tasks like FASTA parsing. e.g.
This search on Github finds quite a few things (and likely
false positives too):

In terms of well-known or high impact, that's harder to gauge.
