Hi Peter,
Yes I agree to dual licence my code as you described.
Best,
Harry

Dear Harry,
Back in 2004 you contributed some code to Biopython
for working with Affymetrix cel files, which was included
in Biopython 1.30 onwards:
https://github.com/biopython/biopython/commit/593e65e4f1c0306341c474c33c9cee422ac7f276
Since then, we have started an effort to dual license the code
under both the "Biopython License Agreement" (a unique license)
and the "BSD 3-Clause License" (a widely used mainstream open
source license).
To that end, we are asking all our contributors to publicly agree
to dual license their contributions - either on this GitHub issue,
or by email which we can forward to our mailing list as a public
record:
https://github.com/biopython/biopython/issues/898
Would you agree to this too please?
Many thanks,
Peter
