Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience dealing with glycoproteins
using Biopython? In particular, I'm looking for a way to identify glycans
as part of the Bio.PDB module, and hopefully represent them in a similar
way to the `Residue` objects that are used for amino acids. Does such
utility exist? If not, how do people normally tackle glycoproteins within
the Python ecosystem?
Many thanks,
Andrew
